i-Clever Gate is an Android application and access management system designed for efficient and secure Entry /Exit management with additional services.
The application automates gate check-in and out procedures, provides induction training to drivers, and enforces safety protocols.
It verifies driver identity and license validity, detects alcohol influence, tracks traffic rule violations, and past incidents to ensure only responsible and law-abiding drivers are granted access.

Security Entry Gate
Using SCAN PHOTO, the security officer is able to scan the driving licenses to fetch the driver's name and DL number.
And using the GALLERY option, security officers are able to fetch the driver's name and DL number from driving licenses
Using the MANUAL ENTRY option, the security officer should enter the values manually.
In previous options, the security officer should collect information from the driver and fill out the fields, but using the USER ID option,
it should automatically fetch the name, DL number, and mobile number from the database
This data was obtained from the driver during the induction training.
Security Exit Gate
We provide four different ways to enter the truck exit. The first one is the scan photo, gallery, manual entry, and finally search .
Using scan photo, the security officer is able to scan the driving licences to get the truck entry gate details
And using the gallery option, security officers are able to get the truck entry gate details
In this manual option, the security officer is able to select the truck entry details manually.
Using the search option, the security officer can easily find the truck
Entry details by using the reference number that is sent to the driver's mobile number during the entry gate.
Violation
The Violation report involves the standard violations that the driver have came across.
In this report, the driver details like name and Driving licence along with the date, case of issue and reason of violation will be listed out.
Warnings in the form of grey card, yellow card and red card will be issued to the driver.
If the driver receives the red card he is not allowed to enter the gate.
Filter criteria can be applied for all these reports to filter out the reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
The driver violations/incidents/accidents are recorded manually by security officer during the security rounds but the data is not stored anywhere.
Most of the times the driver is not notified with his mistakes.
REPORTS
In Report Section ,the Reports are Induction , Violation , Incident/Accident , Twist lock Arrestor , Safety Jacket , Long standing Reports of database has these records, we can readily access it from anywhere.
Filter criteria can be applied for all these reports to filter out the reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
